What are the steps behind your project?

Our design capabilities can lead you through the first three steps seamlessly!

Site Plans

A Site plan is the first document that must be acquired when doing any outside related project.  This would include decks, additions, patio covers, etc.....

Zoning

Once you have a site plan drawn to scale showing your proposed project, you are ready for the city/county zoning approval.  This can be a grueling and frustrating process; it takes time and experience to deal with the common problems associated with this process.  Our expert design team is trained in dealing with the city/county zoning department on issues like setbacks, lot coverage, height and any other issues that may come up.  We put our time and experience to work for you to save time and money.

Additions / Decks

Now that you have the site plan and zoning approval, you are ready for your project plans.  Note: you do not want to spend money on your project plans or materials before zoning is approved.  Our experts are here to take you through the whole process without wasting your time or money.  With the project plans in hand, you are ready for bids.  You will have spread sheets for the bank if you are going to use a construction loan for payment.

Basements

Let our experts provide a working set of plans for your basement finish project.  Our design team will listen to your needs and incorporate some of our own ideas as well.  We would love to build your project using our 26 years of expertise: however, if you would like to either do the building yourself, or get multiple bids, we will be glad to provide you with plans for your project.  Having plans that you are satisfied with saves time and money when it comes to getting bids from other contractors.  All plans can be created into PDF form, so you can just email them to your contractor of choice.
