J & J Construction, Inc has a class C building license with the Pikes Peak Building Department.

We will provide a onsite visit and a written estimate at no charge. (There will be charges for Drawings and plans as noted below.)

J and J Construction, Inc will never perform any work with out a building permit on work required.

Most decks require City Zoning approval. This must be done before a permit can be obtained.

Material types for decks consist of:

Floor Joist- treated lumber or non treated.
Flooring- Composite or Redwood
Railing- Wood, or Metal

We do not suggest using composite railing due to sturdiness and cost. We will install any rail system at customer request.

We specialize in deck design and 3D drafting. All designs are done in house by the owner, Jeremy. There are additional charges for drawings.

We accept all major credit cards to help finance your project.

We are one of the only deck contractors in Colorado Springs that will let you participate in removal, and installation to save costs. Certain restrictions do apply.
